Square foot pricing is extremely inaccurate and unfair-- either to us or to you, the customer-- as there are a lot of factors that affect pricing.
We price every project based on a site visit, set of drawings, or enough information and pictures from you the customer to understand the scope of work and set of circumstances accompanying it.
Unfortunately our climate has some of the harshest freeze-thaw cycles in the world so we can not guarantee that there will not be cracks at some point. We do everything we can within reason to prevent the possibility of cracking or failing concrete. Our base prep, concrete mixture optimization, and techniques are always in the forefront of our minds when designing and installing your concrete to maximize the chance of success.
Some concrete can be slippery when stamped and sealed. We can finish your surface with a slight textured surface to help prevent slippery conditions in winter.
